Panel Reviews

Millennial Consulting would like to help you implement Panel Reviews into your company. Panel Reviews puts the employees "In Charge". By giving them power, responsibility and accountability, not only will the employees grow and learn about the business, but grow and learn about the employees they work with. This is a ZERO COST evaluation of employees by department to encourage better, more efficient work within the company. 

Build and Bond Day
Build and Bond Day is the proposal Millennial Consulting is most excited to introduce. This is a day where a business can really see what the new recruits are all about. As a suit and tie networking event, recruits are asked to build something based off of the task they are given to see how innovative they actually are. This is to see who works well in teams and is a quick but efficient worker. New hires will be teamed up with current employees to get a feel as to what is expected of them. As an annual event that is open to the public, we feel that this is an amazing way to get the business name out to the community as cheap publicity.
Leaderboard Reward System
Millennial Consulting is proposing the implementation of a leaderboard. This would show everyone's name to encourage competition and make sure that the employees at the bottom are producing the same results as the employees at the top. Rewards are also given monthly. At the business' choice, the top employees will receive tickets to an event such as Sabres or Bills games, or if sports is not their thing, Shea's musicals is an option as well. The Leaderboard resets on the first of every month.
